I am so fortunate to be a part of this SRF group. Guruji brings out the best version of each Soul. I am able to see - and throw more light at the area that needs improvement in me. Can’t imagine my life without meditation. Attending group meditations is like recharging the battery. Love to meet the monk like souls who serve selflessly at our centre. For over fifty years the Dallas/Ft. Worth Meditation group has supported and sustained my spiritual life. I'm ever grateful to Paramahansa Yogananda and Self-Realization Fellowship for establishing the culture of meditation groups that enables sincere seekers of God a way to come together in divine friendship, to help and strengthen each others' spiritual efforts.

I have attended this meditation group many times and find that it has a wonderful meditative atmosphere. It is like all the other SRF groups I have gone to. The people are friendly and very helpful. I can ask any questions I have about meditation. And they have a great selection of Self-Realization Fellowship books. I like that they have a Sunday school too.

The DFW Meditation group has been an incredible source of support for me and my family. The weekly meditations in person and online help me to stay connected and be steadfast in my daily Sadhana. Especially with a young family, growing worldly duties and responsibilities, it has helped me to grow as an individual through the association with like minded individuals and secret vibratory exchange in group meditation. It has given my life a new meaning and purpose and a sense of peace and strength. Everyone at the group is so kind and helpful. Feel blessed to have extended my small family to a larger DFW-SRF family.

Every time we attend the Meditation services we feel the inner peace permeating in every cell of our body. The joy we get while singing the SRF Chants with fellow devotees is a priceless experience. Whenever we give our heart and soul in listening to the reading, then the insight that the Master wishes to impart to us will pierce our heart, and guide us to take right decision in every walk of our life, be it temporal or spiritual. At the end of every meditation service, we feel the deluded mind has received the wisdom that it can handle the challenges of life with an optimistic attitude. Meditation at the DFW Meditation Group chapel brings much peace, happiness and joy. It is a blessing to be surrounded by so many sincere seekers.
